All of them can be quite tricky for an English speaker, but Albanian is probably the hardest of the three. Turkish is very logical and has least irregular verbs (there is only one in the whole language!!) but it is not an Indo-European language and the "thought process" behind the grammatical constructions is very alien to English speakers. Polish has all the pitfalls of other Slavic languages but Poles and English people are closer in terms of culture, humour and "wavelength" and I find it an immensely satisfying language to study and speak.

Albanian has your greatest potential because of your excitement, and interest in it. It will be the "easiest" for you to learn for that reason. I am learning Russian, because it is my wife’s first language, and I have always been interested in that part of the world. I have been "able" to stay interested, and continue in my study. God bless you with an unusual aptitude for learning the languages you choose, in Jesus name, amen.

I’d say Polish, there’s absolutely nothing interesting about Turkish.
