what should i do to get polish over language?

i know english.bet my English is not so good.my vocab is also not that good.
i don't no synonyms of many words.
i cant talk for longer time in english.
i don't know too many heavy words.

how to get better speaking english with confidence.
thanks in advance for suggestion ;)

    You just need to practice and the vocab will come with time. Listen to English radio, and English TV programmes if you can.
    Have a look in your community newspaper, website or even library for language tandems or cheap English classes.

    Enjoy learning and post your questions in yahoo if you need synonyms for any words.

    Do a language exchange! Ask a native English speaker if they would help you with your English in exchange for you helping them learn your language. I’ve seen a lot of offers for this on grocery store bulletin boards, and there are websites like meetup.com where you could get together with other people who want to learn English to practice.
