What does the Polish language sound like to you?

This question is for non Polish speakers only - I'm writing it into my story and I need to know what would you compare the sound of it to. I'm a native Polish speaker so it's a little difficult for me to remove myself from my own language in order to hear it from a foreigner's perspective. I compared it to "shuffling through a pile of dry leaves" - what do you think?

My dear the Polish language derived from your ancient pierogi eatin’ ancestors that were closely connected to nature………the sounds of their language imitated sounds like wind rustling through the planes, over lakes, and mountains. Can’t help but to picture your mother raking leaves at 3 a.m. and making her peculiar nervous whistling sounds.
No, I think it sounds dramatic, not like dry leaves. I like it.
You know in blooper clips at the end of movies wherein you see actors messing up their lines? That’s what Polish sounds like to me. I don’t mean to be offensive because I am very interested in the language, but that’s my honest answer. If you want the comparison to be more like a phrase with imagery, I’d say Polish sounds like boiling water.
