Changing Windows Vista into polish?

My polish friends have bought a new laptop with Windows Vista and they have asked me to try and change the language on it from English to Polish but I am having a bit of trouble doing this. I have looked on the Microsoft website and it doesn't look like the Polish language is available to download.
Can anyone help me?

I'm sending my laptop to Poland, and I was wondering if there is any way to change the laptop's language? I tried the Regional and language options in control panel but it still does not change the laptop fully. I have also formated my laptop and selected Polish but it still does not change. Does anyone know how to change this from english to polish?
