Would these languages be easy for a fluent English speaker to learn?

I am tired of Romance languages, and I am just learning a language to have fun and just to speak 2 languages or more. Will Eastern European languages be easy to learn?

Is it true that in Hungarian you use the same word for "hello" and "goodbye"? Write me the pronounciation as well, please. Or any extras.

Which language is easier to learn? Polish or Hungarian?

Like what I said. I know Hungarian has a lot of cases but they are all agglutinative whereas Polish changes some of the word in order to figure out the case. Could someone who has tried to learn both please give me a good explanation on which is easier?
