it should be a command (as in, "be more like your sister" "act like an adult") but i want it to read "be more like her"
can you help? I have polish ancestry, but the only languages I speak are english and spanish.

I just talked to my aunt and she said she'll let her daughter (my cousin) paint her nails as long as the colors don't make her look mature like a teenager or an adult.
I'm thinking of getting my cousin pastel colors. What other colors should I get her? What colors should she stay away from? Are neon or bright colors okay for an 8 year old?
I gave my cousin a pack of nail polish last week, but her mother made her give it back to me and I gave that pack away to my niece.

I speak English. My grandparents were Polish, and I have memories of them speaking Polish all the time. Unfortunately they died before I could ask them to teach me.
Now that I'm an adult I find myself wishing I knew how to speak the language. When I mentioned this to my father (Polish as well, but only knows a few words) he gave me a tourist book and I am overwhelmed! It seems very complicated.
Can an old dog learn a new trick?
