question from polish yournalist What are the jobs that You need to have permission to work at?
In Poland now it's a lawyer, notary, engineer, touristic pilot, taxi driver, private detective, cooker on a ship, sports coach/trainer.
Our ministry of health plans to ask for the permission people working as a masseur, baby sitter, dietician.
What is it like in Your countries. Please write where are You from. Are this jobs also available only for people with special permission in your countries? And what do you need to do to get the permission.

usa — permission none — licence many from lawyer doctors and engineers down to hair dressers and barbers == about the only thing than does not qualified is a person performing common labor or a fry cook!!!
