Need human English to Polish translation?

Ok, so I am planning on asking this girl to prom, she is very Polish, as in from Poland. I want to ask her in Polish, but I have no idea how to say it, and online translators suck Plz help!

But you didn’t write by what words you would like to invite her to that prom. It would be good idea if you wrote, in English, what you would like to tell to her in Polish, and then I could translate it.
