The above responder is correct, although there are a lot of words that are similar/the same in both languages because Poland and Lithuania were a united kingdom for hundreds of years. Off the top of my head, Polish says "herbata" for tea, and Lithuanians say "arbata". (And these are unlike any other Slavic or Baltic languages’ word for tea)

No. They are very different. Lithuanian is a Baltic language, Polish is a Slavic language.
