<description>I know Loyola University in Chicago has a Polish Studies program and a dual pharmacy program with another school...This is from their website...

The Dual Acceptance Program permits students to complete their
prerequisite requirements during two years at Loyola University
Chicago, then matriculate into Midwestern University Chicago
College of Pharmacy to begin a four-year Doctor of Pharmacy program.

You could finish your minor in two years and then start pharmacy school.
