i need to know how to write a couple words in Polish/Russia?

I am a enviromntalist, i need to put up noteces on barrles so people know to recycle there cans at our local cannery, but most of the people can barrly speak englesh let olone read englesh so i need to know how to spell....please recycle you cans...in polesh/russia

    For Russian translation go to Rustran.com and for Polish translation go to Poltran.com I think that babelfish also has Russian translations too but not entirely sure.

    the russian version given previously has some mistakes. here is how it should be: Пожалуйста, перерабатывайте (рециркулируйте) ваши консервные банки.

    Prosze utylizowac puszki (i wrote it without polish letters just in case they might be shown as question marks but they will understand that for sure)
