I like this Polish girl at my school… , anyway… were both from (South England)?

she joined my school late this year... (from Poland)

because she's Polish, i cant talk because well she speaks Polish, i only speak English she has a brother or normal friend i think... hes a lot younger... were both in year 9, somethimes i make eye contact and it looks like she just turned away from me??? like she saw me quick or something?? but i think i made a fool of myself.. first time, im slightly dissabled so i walk a little limpy, only slightly... anyway yesterday someone came up to me with 2 friends, one was a polish boy and his friend said hey touch my pen.. i knew what pen it was.. a shock pen.. so i touched it on purpose and it stangg!! i went Augh ****! and laughed slightly, i kinda jumped.. , the next day today i put my Jumper over my head, and i looked like (Ghost) in COD Modern warfare 2) lol, we dont talk, but i think when i shocked myself on the pen, she looked over, but i dont think she knows me/ intrested enough with a guy like me, as lol iv'e never had a girlfriend ever, and were both in the same year, it would be inbarrising the first time.. but any sudgestions?? for anything that makes sense in this question?? thanks, were both in year 9 14 years, i hope you understand the whole question...
