I’m fluent in booth Spanish and Polish. So I’ll understand most of the things you write.

Why?
No Polish. Most of the Spanish. I’m rusty.
I could do OK in Spanish as long as you don’t get too flowery. Unless you restrict yourself to "hello" "thanks" and "two beers please" in Polish, not a word.
Why? It’s a bit late to worry about English being the lingua franca (yes I recognize the irony) of global internet sites surely? Since most of the infrastructure itself was set up for English command, made by English-speaking companies etc, it was inevitable, especially as English is already used as the standard shared language for global commerce.
