How do you switch the language from polish to english on x box 360?

My dad did something when he was setting it up and now it's all in polish! Lol we cant read polish and i was wondering if you guys new how to sswitch it to english?

1. Start your Xbox 360 console without a disc in the disc tray.
2. Move to the System section of the Xbox Dashboard.
Note The System section is the last section on the right of the Dashboard.
3. Select Console Settings.
Note This option is the first option in the list.
4. In the Console Settings area, select Language.
Note This option is the third option in the list.
5. Highlight the language that you want to use, and then press the A button on your Xbox 360 Controller or remote control.
Go to the last blade, System. Go to Console Settings, its the first one, then go to Language(4th one from the top)
