none of the above are correct polish, using a translator is not a good idea with polish because it’s an inflectional language (when will people ever learn that? lol)

Wszystkiego najlepszego z okazji urodzin Paul (or Paweł – if you want to use polish version of the name Paul)
od zawsze kochającej Dawn
I know it looks like there are a lot of words, lot more than in english expression but that’s how it works lol
