How do I use the Polish alphabet on the computer without changing the language.?

It's the same letters except there's little marks on them. But no other "letters". I don't wanna have everything in Polish, but I wanna type certain words or phrases in Polish using their alphabet, or should I just use the English alphabet, it won't always come out right, though.

Just install the Polish keyboard layout on your computer. You can switch between English and Polish without any trouble, because there’s a toolbar that pops up at the bottom of the screen for that purpose once you’ve installed an additional language.
For Windows:
Start >> Control Panel >> Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options >> Add Other Languages >> Text services and input languages >> Details… >> Installed services >> Add… >> you get the rest.
To get used to the differences between the Polish and English keyboards, just go to the Wikipedia article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keyboard_layout#Polish
What I use usually is http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polish_alphabet then just copy what letters you want. If you have Microsoft Word if you go to something like insert>symbol then you might find some Polish letters there.
Siemka, ja przewaznie uzywam http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polish_alphabet i poprostu zkopioj kcionki (Chyba tak sie mowi na to). A jak masz Microsoft Word to wejdz na insert > symbol i tam moga byc polskie litery.
