If you click on it, the list of things you have to put in go: "First Name" "Last Name" "E-mail" "Password" "Confirm Password" The check-marked box is "I understand the terms of agreement, blah, blah, blah..." I hope that helped. :D I don't really speak Polish, so, I really can't help beyond that. I apologize. I think the page that comes up after that is, "Please check your e-mail for confirmation".
