Food question Polish and English Speakers please help im worried?

We decided to buy and eat some packaged polish sausages. We baked them in the oven and ate them they them. but the outside was chewy and shiny like plastic. If I write what was witten on the package can you please translate and tell me if I should have peeled it or it was just the casing. Thank you

this is bad!I was in Poland and I cought a few words……..it says the flavor is banana and maybe rice……there are rice sausages in Poland and if you cook them too long it starts comming out.that is why it is plasticy,so the rice can be cooked in it.I hoped I helped a bit!
Its means – “live with taste. banana sausages”.
I would peel them from this plastic after cooking or even better eat them without any cooking (and peel this plastic off).
