The closest unambiguous phrase which conveys what you mean would be "KTOŚ MNIE KOCHA" (somebody loves me), please watch the diacriticals as in "KTOŚ" :) that one is a bit tricky,

"ja jstem kochana" for a woman
"ja jestem kochany" for a man

the bit of a pitfall is in the word "kochana" or "kochany"
it may mean I am loved or it may mean I am a kind and good person in Polish.
