English to Polish Translation – “I am loved”?
I'm planning on getting a tattoo, and I'd like it to say "I am loved." - but in Polish.
I tried two different online translators and got two different translations!
One translation was “Ja jestem kochany.”
I just want to check before I get it permanently tattooed ;D

the poster above me nailed it but in Polish, unlike in English, it is natural to drop the subject from a sentence. Therefore,
Jestem kochana (for a female)
Jestem kochany (for a male)
but as the previous poster mentioned these phrases are ambiguous in Polish

that one is a bit tricky,
"ja jstem kochana" for a woman
"ja jestem kochany" for a man
the bit of a pitfall is in the word "kochana" or "kochany"
it may mean I am loved or it may mean I am a kind and good person in Polish.
The closest unambiguous phrase which conveys what you mean would be "KTOŚ MNIE KOCHA" (somebody loves me), please watch the diacriticals as in "KTOŚ"

It’s : Ja jestem kochana for a lady and
ja jestem kochany for a man!
I’m polish and definetly am loved !
Good luck with that tatoo!

I do not know how to speak any Polish but I am really interested in learning how to speak and read the language. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can learn how to speak Polish?
