English to Polish translation: Home is where the heart is?

Looking for a little help for this translation. Two i've come across are:
Dom jest gdzie jest twoje serce
Tam jest dom moj, gdzie jest moje serce
However i need to be ABSOLUTELY sure
Any suggestions?

"tam gdzie serce, tam mój dom" a literal translation would be: "where the heart is, that’s my home"
you could also say:
"tam gdzie dom, tam serce" or "gdzie dom, tam serce" literally: "where there is a home, there is a heart" but it could also be taken to mean "home is where the heart is" <– I think this is the one you’re looking for.
