Most kids/teenagers don’t appreciate learning 2nd language until their later years. Especially since they’re forced to go to boring weekend classes. There are many adults who missed out on it are are now sorry that they didn’t learn.
In college you should be able to take a language knowledge test and depending on how you do, you may be able to skip the 2 required semesters of foreign language.
I think that knowing a second language, even Polish, introduces you to a whole new culture that you are able to get to know and understand much better than without any language skills.
Since you’ve been studying for 8 years and debating on 4 more years of HS, tells me that your parents must have moved here in recent years. Language will help you communicate with the rest of the family, here or back in Poland. You never know when you’ll decide to visit later in life. There are even jobs offered by US companies that require the knowledge of Polish language (may be very useful in this economy).
Even if none of the above will ever hold true for you, it’s always cool to be able to understand/speak another language.
Why is it that other nations don’t have a problem with their kids knowing the language of their parents (Mexican, Chinese, Indian…) I think that Polish people should also be proud of their rich history and heritage and teach their kids at least speaking skills of their language.

I don’t know what you mean by "give you any more points in college"….? College doesn’t let you in based on a points system (unless your talking about your SAT or ACT score). Also, your middle school classes definitely won’t count towards college. I have a friend who speaks polish and we all think it sounds cool, but that’s about it. No "extra" points for anything.
