I know that my name originated in Poland but I don't know its meaning. Does anybody know what Walshever or Walsilber might mean? Thanks in advance.

I’m Polish, but you’re name doesn’t mean anything. Walshever and Walsilber aren’t typical Polish last names (not common and don’t sound Polish). They don’t have a meaning (they are not words in the Polish language and don’t mean anything in Polish).
EDIT: Nemeczek, if it was to be "Warszawer" it would mean an inhabitant of Warsaw (the capital of Poland) in english. It doesn’t mean anything in the polish language because it isn’t like in english where if you add "er" to the end of something you can usually make it related to a certain thing (ex. dryer is related to drying; trecker is one who trecks/ wanders/ explores; Lousianer can be used as a slang term that people would understand as coming from Lousiana, etc.). This case isn’t applied to the polish language.
It was probably Warszawer or Warshauer meaning ‘an inhabitant of Warsaw’.
